The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Hi all. So I just spent most of the week planning my trip and catching up on romance novels (: But now it’s time to get back into YA mode as there were some really good new releases that I can’t to get my hands on! (ie. The Archived, The Madman’s Daughter etc. etc.). Hope everyone has a nice week! Stay warm! (It’s been -40C some with the windchill here, not fun, but good for curling up hot chocolate and a good book).

LAST WEEK

Temping is Hell - Cathy Yardley(01) Temping is Hell by Cathy Yardley

WORST. JOB. EVER.

Kate O’Hara can’t wait until this temp assignment is over. The woman who hired her is a psychotic pageant queen, her coworkers are convicts-turned-clerks, and it’s so boringly corporate it makes her skin crawl. Even her sexy-as-sin boss, famed billionaire Thomas Kestrel, isn’t enticement enough to keep her there. Once she makes enough to pay off her bills, she’s out. Or so she thinks…

WHAT THE HELL?

Next thing she knows, she’s accidentally signed over her soul. Literally. And she’s discovered Thomas’s real mission: to kill thirteen bad guys in one year, in order to get his—now his and Kate’s—souls back.

IT’S NOT JUST A JOB. IT’S A MISADVENTURE.

From learning to boost the morale of some paper-pushing demons to navigating her way through blood-red tape, Kate has to work closely with her super-hot supervisor and get her flaky act together, before somebody clocks her out—p permanently!

It just sounds hilarious. Couldn’t resist giving it a go.

Falling for Her Fiance - Cindi Madsen(02) Falling For Her Fiance by Cindi Madsen

Danielle and Wes have been best friends since college, so when Wes needs a date for his sister’s wedding and Dani needs a partner for her company’s retreat, they devise the perfect plan: a fake engagement to get through both events unscathed. Adrenaline-junkie Wes can prove to both his ex and his family that he’s well and truly moved on, and serious-minded Dani can prove to her boss that she’s worthy of the promotion he seems to only want to give to a family-oriented employee.

But amid the fake swoons, fake kisses, and forced proximity, neither expects the very real feelings that develop. There’s nothing more dangerous than falling for your best friend…but what if the landing is worth the fall.

I was really debating on if I should read this, but the few reviews that are floating around makes it sound like such a cute book, plus best friend fake marriage resulting in loveeee~
