I enjoyed the imagery of the bushy red bearded man waddling around. And it was pretty awesome how matter of fact the narrator was like “this is the die I was to die”. Hoping the rest of the book is just as awesome as the start.

I’m listening to the audio book right now , it’s definitely different having someone read to you haha. My friend and I had a big talk about the love triangle in this series when the second book came out, funny when the character realizes the same things as the readers.
The first teaser is great! Here is my teaser for this week.
XANDERRRRRR. My god, I spent so much time in love with him and wishing him all the happiness ever.
I usually don’t care much for the second leader, but Xander, I do totally wish him all the happiness too! Like in Hex Hall, even though I liked Sophie and Archer, all I wanted was Cal to happy haha.
I’m almost consistently always Team Best Friend. I can’t help myself. Though, surprisingly, this time I didn’t want Xander with Cassia that much, but I did sincerely wish him lots and lots of happiness.

It’s not a bad series, though the middle book, Crossed, was a little disappointing. Reached, so far so good haha.

I definitely agree. I wasn’t keen on Crossed, but Reached more than made up for it.
